Eyes of the world has a protocol for the prevention, detection and addressing of sexual violence that aims to serve as a regulatory framework and action to respond to the various forms of violence that may occur in the organisation. This is done form a feminist and intersectional perspective and placing the focus on the victim, their recovery and recognition as rights holders.
The general objectives of the protocol are:
- Reaffirm gender equality and the prevention of sexism, discrimination and sexual violence as fundamental values of Eyes of the world.
- Establish an organizational culture with zero tolerance for sexual violence and discrimination
based on any factors related to sex and gender. - Implement a comprehensive prevention and response framework for sexual violence from a
feminist and intersectional perspective within Eyes of the world and its workplace. - Provide an institutional response to address sexism, discrimination based on any factors
related to sex and gender, and misogynistic violence, particularly sexual violence.

Reporting chanel
The affected person or any person who notices harassment and/or discrimination can file a complaint through the specific e-mail address conductaetica@ullsdelmon.org. It can also be sent by post, by telephone or by communicating it directly to the Foundation’s reference person (responsible for gender) or to any person in the Foundation with whom he/she feels in confidence.
