The Board of Trustees is the group that enforces the fulfillment of the mission of the Foundation, delegating the work of its strategic actions to the Executive Committee. The board meets twice a year in ordinary session and in special session whenever necessary. The Executive committee meets on a monthly basis.

The members of the Board of Trustees do not receive any remuneration for the performance of their duties.
